It is with great disappointment that we announce the postponement of the NSCA Foundation’s national conference Future of Work: People, Safety, Culture due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The conference is to now be held on Tuesday 9th to Wednesday 10th November 2021.
“Whilst we are disappointed to postpone Future of Work, the domestic travel restrictions and the unpredictability of border closures in the case of future outbreaks provided too much of a logistical challenge not only with our team, board of directors and speakers to deliver the event but impacted the ability and confidence of our members and wider safety community across Australia to be able to attend,” stated Bernie Doyle, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman & President of the NSCA Foundation.
“By postponing to the 9th to 10th November we are hopeful that there is greater confidence in borders remaining open following the rollout of the vaccine to ensure we can deliver the premier event for the work health and safety community. This will allow safety and HR professionals across the country to attend and gain knowledge from our robust program and enable them to network and learn from their peers on a truly national level.”
“In the meantime, our state based in-person events will commence in May along with the continuation of our informative webinar series to provide our members the most up to date information in work health and safety.”
The Future of Work conference is now to be held on Tuesday 9th to Wednesday 10th November 2021 remaining at the Hilton Brisbane. Registrations stay open with the Early Bird rate being available until Friday 20th August 2021. For more information visit www.futureofworkconference.com.au or contact email@example.com.
