CASE STUDY: DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING A HOLISTIC MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING PROGRAM

This webinar will explore how Credit Union Australia (CUA) designed and implemented a holistic mental health and wellbeing program that was a finalist in the Allan Fels Mental Health Award for the 2019 Australian HR Institute Awards.

This webinar will look at:

  • Implementing best practice for holistic mental health and wellbeing
  • Designing an early intervention, mutual good approach for injury/illness management
  • Supporting team members through life’s changes

Vanessa De Amicis, Senior Safety Health & Wellbeing Business Partner, Credit Union Australia

Vanessa is passionate about taking a human-centred, and evidence-based approach to health, wellbeing and injury management. As the Senior Safety Health & Wellbeing Business Partner at Credit Union Australia (CUA), she is responsible for the design and delivery of CUA’s holistic health & wellbeing program, nationwide injury/illness/workers compensation management and safety. Vanessa holds a Human Resource Management degree, Cert IV in WHS, is an accredited Wellness Wise Practitioner and accredited in Mental Health First Aid.
