Event Overview

Beyond the Brief: What Safety Professionals Need to Know Now

The Perth Safety Forum 2026 explores the growing gap between how risk is defined within organisations and how work actually happens in practice.

While many organisations have become increasingly effective at managing risk through systems, compliance frameworks, and performance data, some of the most influential risks remain difficult to measure or control. Human performance — shaped by factors such as fatigue, sleep, stress, leadership, and operational pressures — continues to directly influence safety outcomes, decision-making, and workplace culture.
