Glenn began his career in mechanical engineering within the aerospace industry in England, spending 15 years at Rolls-Royce. After moving to Australia, he joined SafeWork SA, where he has worked for 19 years across regulatory functions, delivering compliance, investigative, and enforcement outcomes. He now serves as South Australia’s WHS Regulator and represents the state at national safety bodies.

Dr Nick Mabbott is a fatigue risk specialist and engaging speaker with 30 years’ experience. He helps organisations improve safety, performance, and wellbeing through better sleep. Working across industries, he provides practical strategies, fatigue assessments, and training, and has delivered expert evidence in major incidents. He is author of The Wonder of Sleep.
Associate Professor, Flinders University
Associate Professor Amy Reynolds is a sleep health researcher at Flinders University and an Australian Research Council DECRA Fellow, funded to investigate sleep disorders and road safety in young Australians. Her work bridges public health, workplace wellbeing, and occupational safety, with a focus on sleep’s impact on productivity and risk. Amy leads the Sleep Check before Shift Work trial, and works collaboratively with industry, advocating for improving sleep disorder care and consideration in workplace strategies.
Professor of Respiratory and Sleep Medicine, Flinders University
Professor Robert Adams is a respiratory and sleep physician and public health researcher at Flinders University. His work focuses on chronic disease management, sleep disorders, and health system innovation. With extensive clinical and research expertise, Robert has led national studies on sleep health and contributed to shaping public policy. He works across disciplines to improve access to sleep care, particularly in underserved populations, and advocates for integrating sleep health into broader healthcare and workplace frameworks.
