Bernie Doyle’s first involvement with the NSCA Foundation was as a Director in the former South Australian Division in 1991. As President of the South Australian Board he was part of the working party that merged South Australia into a National body. He has been a Director ever since and is currently serving his fourth term as Chairman.

Ray Thurlow has over 25 years experience in the field of occupational health and safety working in a range of functional, strategic and consultancy roles. Ray is currently employed by a major global pharmaceutical company in a senior role responsible for environment, health and safety role within its Asia-Pacific region. Ray has been an NSCA Foundation Director since 2007.

Natalee Johnston

Director

Transitioning from her military career, Natalee has provided consultancy services focusing on Safety Management Systems, Human Factors, andSafety incident investigation for esteemed organizations such as Boeing Defence Australia and TOLL Aviation.
Natalee's passion lies in enhancing safety culture and decision-making processes, not solely within workplaces but also across broader\society. We are delighted to have her on board, bringing her fervor for safety and her inspiring journey, from which we can all draw inspiration.

Bill Kritharas

Director

Bill is an experienced work health and safety lawyer who acts for both public and private sector clients. His practice covers incident investigation, regulatory and compliance issues, chain of responsibility, litigation including prosecutions and coronial inquests. Bill has advised and represented clients in more than 100 workplace incidents. Bill also advises on WHS systems, policies and procedures and provides strategic advice on incident management and all health and safety matters. He has been an NSCA Foundation Director since February 2018. which we can all draw inspiration.
